First Band performance at football game

Ethan and Cameron had their first band performance at the football game Friday night.  The boys did the National Anthem on the field and then the drum line escorted the football players on to the field.  Musical shorts are played throughout the game and then the band performed the entire field show during halftime.  They did great!

Both boys after the halftime show - they were hot and tired!

Cameron's 15!!

We had so much fun celebrating Cameron!  Unfortunately, everyone had to go to school and work.  But, we did have a monkey bread breakfast with presents, In'and'Out for lunch (I pulled everyone out for lunch at home) and presents and then dinner out with....PRESENTS!  I can barely believe he's actually 15.  We're so proud of you, Cam!   Thanks everyone for making his day so special!

Cameron's First Birthday Celebration!

We celebrated Cameron's birthday early with the grandparents by going out to dinner!  He received a nice wooden sign that the grandparents made for outside his bedroom.

Aquatic Center Sunday

Cameron, Ashton and I went to a birthday party at the aquatic center!

Football Kickoff with Drumline

Ethan and the drum line performed at the Saugus football kickoff event last weekend.  There were people missing but the five that came did a great job!

Griffith Observatory at Night!

While Ethan was at a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, Derrik and I headed up to Griffith Observatory to gaze at the stars.  The view was amazing!  What a fun night!

Cameron Indoor Soccer

Cameron is having a blast playing indoor soccer!  He's been playing for a few weeks and is back in the "box."  Two of his teammates from his last tournament team are on his team.

Band Camp

The big boys had a great two weeks at band camp!  We have a new director this year, Mr. Jarrett.  The boys like him and are excited to work with him.

They did two sneak peaks - one at the Freshman Orientation on Wednesday and one on Friday for the parent preview.  It's going to be a great season!
