Exam 1 and 2 complete!

I have Kindermusik exam videos 1 and 2 complete!  These exams require that I am videotaped teaching (no pressure there, haha) specific lessons to specific age groups.  I have one exam left on 9/5.  Classes begin at the studio on 9/11!

Cameron turns 22 on the 22nd!

We got to watch him open his presents from us via facetime and wish him a special day!  He had an early birthday party with Joy and her family, his young adult group celebrated him and his roommates and friends threw a small party for him as well!  Joy also bought him LA Galaxy tickets so they could go and enjoy a live game.  

Kindermusik Teachers Party

Some of the Kindermusik teachers from the studio came over on Monday to hang out and swim!  It was our first time hosting people and it was so fun!  Also got to attempt creating a charcuterie board for the first time.  Yum!

Brother's Coffee

With these two living in different cities now, I love that they still make time to go and get coffee together! And bonus points for documenting it for your mama!

Cameron's Asia trip

Cameron had an amazing trip to Asia and had lots of photos and video to share!  He's creating a documentary which will be available to view later on. I'll keep you updated on that!

New Furniture

 In addition to the treasures Dad and Suzanne delivered we also ordered a new bed, new lamps, chairs and end tables for the living room!  This place is filling up nicely!  :)

Dad and Suzanne's visit

Ashton and I enjoyed a visit from Dad and Suzanne!  They came to deliver some furniture and to check out to the new place.  We even got Dad to jump in the pool!  We loved having them visit!

Derrik's trip back to CA

 Derrik made his first visit back to CA since the move to meet with clients over a four day period.  He also got to spend quality time with Ethan, Cameron and the grandparents!
