Spring Break Trip: San Diego Bay Tour

Wednesday we headed out for a boat tour of the San Diego Bay.  It was so fun to see the city from this view point.  A lovely day to be on the water!

 

 

 

Spring Break Trip: Legoland Tuesday

We attended Legoland on Tuesday and it was really fun!  The boys had a blast and really enjoyed the park.  Rides, lego creations, and we also enjoyed an on sight Aquarium.

Spring Break Trip: Monday

We headed off on our adventure to San Diego on Monday!  We got in a swim and found a lovely restaurant that showed off the sunset and the ocean.



Open House

We had open house at the elementary school last week.  We got to view Ashton's work so far this year and I had my classroom open for students to share what they've been learning in the Music room.

Happy Easter!

We attended our church's Passion play on Saturday night and then attended Sunday morning services.  We had a nice meal at the Grandparents and swam in their pool.  It was a wonderful day!

 

Teaching Opportunities

I had a the privilege to visit another elementary school to teach Music where my former principal had moved to.  It was fun to share what I do and to watch kids faces light up.  I plan to return there at the end of May for a few more weeks.

Ethan turns 16!

Our Ethan has turned 16!  He had a very nice day and we drove to Sonic to get him a birthday dinner.  He added to his guitar collection and bought some new recording equipment.

 

On the home front

Derrik held down the fort while I was gone on the band tour.  He left Saturday for North Carolina so the grandparents took over until I got back on Sunday.  I got lots of cute pictures of all the fun they had!
