Birthday #37

 

Thank you all for the birthday wishes!  I had a lovely day.  I was treated to donuts, sat through online interviews for the next band director, got a pedicure and then Derrik took me out for coffee.  Dinner was at Olive Garden.  Such a fun day!

Mother's Day included flowers, cards, picnic at the park and dinner!  My guys did a great job loving on me.

Vasquez Rocks trip

 

We took a trip out to Vasquez Rocks as a family to do some climbing and have lunch for an early birthday/Mother's day celebration.  

Trip to Descano Gardens

 

Derrik and I took the parents to Descano Gardens.  It's such a pretty place!  We had a lovely time touring the gardens.

Spring Band Concert

 Ashton performed with the Wind Ensemble for the Spring concert.  It was another (and hopefully our last) virtual concert.  He did great!

Ashton reaches 500 wins!

 

Ashton reached 500 wins in Fortnite!  He and Derrik have their daily gaming sessions and were excited to have finally reached this milestone.

Project Linus Blanket Project

This my second year donating blankets for Project Linus!  This year, we made a party out of it!  I was joined my two friends and we ended up donating 7 blankets to the organization.  They donate these completed blankets to children that are ill, traumatized or otherwise in need.

Ethan's Little Nightmare Project

 One of Ethan's most recent school projects was to replace the music and sound effects from a video game called "Little Nightmares."  He needed to then add new or downloaded sounds.  It was fun (and kind of creepy) to see what he came up with!

Sister Dog Puzzle

 The dog puzzle has arrived!  I tackled it over a few days and am sure proud of myself for figuring it out.  Next, off to Elizabeth!
