We had a lovely Valentine's Day at our house!  Flowers, chocolate, presents, and rice krispie treats - who could ask for anything more?

Winter Formal for Ethan

Ethan went to his last Winter formal last night with his girlfriend, Brisa.  They had a great night dancing and being with their friends.

Cameron's Last Frosh Game

The Frosh Soccer team have finished their season!  Cameron did a great job defending the goal and learned a lot over the last few months.  He will finish the semester with the team doing training and drills.  Great job, Cam!

Ashton APEX Run

The yearly fun run fundraiser happened at the school this week.  Ashton ran laps with his classmates and did great!

Cameron the Photographer

Cameron borrowed my camera when he met up with his soccer friends on Saturday.  He's gotten into photography and wanted to get some pics.  Not bad!

Band for Ashton

Ashton is a part of the new beginning band program at our school!  He is learning to play the snare but is currently playing on a drum pad.  It's been a great start for our little school!  I'm happy to have been a part of getting this program running here.

Got some shots of Cameron's Saturday game.  He sure works hard in the box and does his best.  We're proud of him!

Basketball Pep Band

Ethan and Cameron were both in this week's pep band for the basketball game.  I sat on the visitor's side of the gym to get some photos.  Yay for zoom!
The band adds a lot and keeps everyone going!  A loud and fun night!

Sadie Surgery

We have been on a bit of a roller coaster with our Sadie recently.  They told us when we got her from the shelter a year ago, that she was spayed but she has been showing signs of NOT being spayed.  After several tests, we decided to have the vet open her up and see what was going on.  She had NOT been spayed.  With that done, she should start feeling better.  She does have to endure the "cone of shame" for up to two weeks and is suppose to take it easy.  But in the words of her vet, "she should feel much better without that pesky uterus!"

Ashton's 12!

Ashton's 12 years old!  We had two family celebrations - one with the Grandparents and one with just us at home.  He's had a great celebration!

We had a birthday party for Ashton at Mountasia on Saturday!

Cameron the Keeper

Cameron had another pre-season game over break.  He is playing keeper for one half of every game!  He's doing great!  He's pretty photogenic in the box!

Dad Hubbard injured his ankle last week and is in a boot and on
crutches.  The grandparents sat across the field to watch the game.
