Memorial Day Hike

We took a short hike today and enjoyed the cooler weather!  Sadie got to come along, too!

We finished off the day with a meal outside!

Motivational Paper Chain

The paper chain is a visual reminder of how many school days are left until summer break
.  I made one this weekend for Cameron and Ashton - 8 days left!

Ashton's band finished off their school year with a concert on Tuesday night.  He did a great job!

Choir Concerts

I did two choir concerts this week: one informal, one formal.  Santa Clarita Bulldog Choir performed at the parent meeting on Monday night and the Trinity Chorister Choir sang at the Fine Arts Recital on Thursday.  A fun, but busy week of Music!

Saugus High Band Banquet

We celebrated the band year by attending Cameron's annual band banquet.  A great night to recognize all of their hard work!

Special Olympics Water Stations

Our church served water bottles at the Special Olympics event on Saturday.  We volunteered to help pass them out and cheer on the athletes!

Snake!

We found a snake in our yard on Sunday morning!  After some initial panic, a neighbor told us it as a gopher snake and friendly.  While we were studying it, another one slithered across the street!  Ack!  

Cameron Spring Band Concert

The Saugus Band held their Spring Concert on Friday and it was an amazing night of Music!

Birthday/Mother's Day Weekend

I had a lovely Birthday/Mother's Day celebration!  My guys went above and beyond to make sure I felt special, even though things were crazy with work.  I got a lovely lunch out, flowers, gifts and lots of love!
